“Tom was really helpful with my problem and I really appreciated and valued his advice and help. He was very attentive to me talking about the issue and it was obvious that it was important to him to understand it and diagnose it correctly. He was then knowledgeable and professional with his checking and diagnosis; I felt confident that he understood the problem and was giving me advice that would help to fix it. This advice was followed up with an email that meant I had the information to take away with me. A friendly, helpful and professional experience – thanks!”
